Ingredients

  • 200g butter (softened)
  • 100g crushed shellfish shells (lobster, shrimp, or crab)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Instructions
  1. In a pan over low heat, gently melt the butter.
  2. Add the crushed shellfish shells and stir well to infuse the flavors.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Strain the mixture through a very fine sieve to remove any shell fragments.
  5. Use immediately for best results.
