Ingredients
- 80g fresh spinach
- 200g butter (softened)
- 3 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
- Boil in salted water for 5 minutes, then immediately transfer to ice-cold water to preserve the vibrant green color.
- Drain well, wrap in a clean cloth, and squeeze tightly to remove excess water.
- Blend the spinach with softened butter until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper, then strain through a fine sieve for a silky texture.
