Ingredients

  • 80g fresh spinach
  • 200g butter (softened)
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
  2. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes, then immediately transfer to ice-cold water to preserve the vibrant green color.
  3. Drain well, wrap in a clean cloth, and squeeze tightly to remove excess water.
  4. Blend the spinach with softened butter until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then strain through a fine sieve for a silky texture.
  6. Use immediately for the best flavor and texture.
